- Step 1 Find the checking account that is right for you and complete the Checking
Account Information Form. Remember to stop using your old checking account.
- Step 2 Set up direct deposit by completing the Direct Deposit Authorization Form. This form will need to be given to your employer, the Social Security Administration or any other source you set up for Direct Deposit.
- Step 3 You may request the transfer of any automatic payments by completing the Automatic Payment Request Form. Please allow sufficient time for your first automatic payments to be activated with your new account at Paper City Savings.
- Step 4 You are almost finished! The last step is to complete the Account Closing Request Form, mail it to your previous financial institution and have any remaining funds sent to you.
